WOW!! What a terrific week we had at BIR! Photos just don't do it justice. It was perfect!
We loved everything, especially the lizards. :)What a wonderful place for the family.
We WILL be coming back next year, only hope we can make it for two weeks.

Just wanted to let you know we made it home yesterday from our trip to Sanibel after leaving Beach Island.
We had such a wonderful time at BIR. Love it there, if it would have been up to me we would have stayed their
the 2nd week too.Hopefully we will be returning again next years for year #3.If anyone is looking for a great
, fun place to stay, with very nice people. This is your place to go,I know you will enjoy it as much as we

Reluctantly, we just got home from our second stay at your resort. Wish we could have stayed much longer.
This area is a meeting spot for several family members in Florida to gather. Have had a great time both
times we have stayed. Sorry__they can keep Orlando, I'll take Cocoa Beach anytime. Really wish you had
photos of the grounds on your website. Fran has gorgeous flowers and landscaping around the condos.
Love the pool looking out over the ocean. Don't have to fight a crowd to swim. We took our three older
teenagers this trip and they loved it! I work for the Health Dept and have never seen a resort that's as
spotlessly clean. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, this is definitely the place to go. See you
soon.

The Beach I sland Resort is a great place. We stayed last year for the first time.We are
returning this June, counting down the days tell we go.Once you stay here you will definatley want to go back
too! Fran and Wayne are very nice people, they make your stay plesant!

My mother and sisters have stayed at this
resort every year for the week of Mother's Day for about 5 years. We have always loved our stay and although
it is close to everywhere you want to be, you'll feel like you're a million miles away! We won't be able to
make it this year because of financial difficulties in the family and we will sure miss it! it is our
once-a-year retreat and we hope to be back next year!
